One app that tracks 4 things .... Teams/Production, New Leads, To-Do list and Business Mileage
This app is perfect for anyone in sales who wants to track people or production. The TEAM screen allows you to set goals from either a weekly, monthly or yearly basis (you decide how to track your goals). The actual and daily goals are added manually. Ex. You set a goal of $2000 in sales for the month. You have $700 in so far for the month; so you enter $700. When you sell $125 today, enter that for end-of-day total. At the end of the day you add the daily total to the actual today (total not today) which changes that number. (this was really confusing to me) Each day you have a visual of what the goal is, how much is currently in, and where you are for the day. You can also add other team members to this screen and track the same or assign different meanings to those tabs for them. This will improve your coaching as what you exchange in conversation, you can now enter in your app. IE: if in direct sales you might put a monthly order goal, and adjust the actual number as they order. The app will reflect what you prefer to track.
The LEADS tab is to add new prospects as you network and store until you contact them. It allows you to enter name, phone number, notes (so you can enter any information you need to about the person, (i.e. email address, where you met them, what you invited them to); there is an option to take a picture. You can also add them to the contact card! How many times have you prepared to call leads but are unable to remember which person is which? Recall improves with a visual! And now you have their picture! Newest leads are posted on top so you can always follow up from the bottom to prevent leads from getting cold.
The TO-DO LIST is simple. At night or early in the morning make a to do list for the day. Your phone is always with you, so you can add items while on the run. How often do you think of a to do, but by the time you get to your planner, you cant recall what it was? Ever get in bed and think "I have to remember in the morning..."? Then either you cant sleep or you wake up and cant recall! Instead, grab your phone , enter a quick note in the "to do " list and its there when you go back to it, freeing your mind. Once a task is complete you can check it off and keep it visible or delete it from the screen.
The mileage tab is simple to calculate miles for a single trip to report for reimbursement, deduction or other total for any time you want to track business miles.
